CrossFit Cache Valley started with the idea of bringing elite fitness to Logan, Utah.
Applying the training principles of CrossFit, we bring something new and intense to the valley gym environment. CrossFit training can be done with nothing but body weight.
We do kettlebell swings, barbell cleans, pull ups, box jumps, rowing and a myriad of variations - always focusing on form, functionality, and ever increasing intensity.
Groups make it more fun by bringing an element of competition and camaraderie with the workouts. All of the workouts can be scaled so that anyone can play.
We work with the tools on hand with the space provided to forge a higher level of fitness to all who dare to contend.
